A ceramic coating is entirely transparent and locks in the condition of the paint beneath it. Therefore, our installation process requires exhaustive, meticulous preparation to ensure absolute perfection before the coating is applied.
Intensive Strip Wash & Prep
We start with a heavy-duty foam wash utilizing specialized stripping agents to completely remove all old waxes, sealants, and road film from the vehicle’s surface.
Complete Chemical & Physical Decon
We utilize iron-dissolving chemicals and a full clay bar treatment to shear off any microscopic industrial fallout and bonded contaminants, leaving the paint surgically bare.
Mandatory Paint Correction
Because the coating magnifies the paint, we perform a mandatory machine polishing process to level the clear coat, permanently removing light scratches, swirl marks, and oxidation.
Surface Panel Preparation
We aggressively wipe down every painted panel with an isopropyl alcohol (IPA) solution to remove all leftover polishing oils, ensuring the ceramic polymers can bond directly to the bare clear coat.
Ceramic Polymer Application
Working in small, precise sections, we hand-apply the liquid ceramic coating, carefully leveling and buffing the product as it flashes to ensure a thick, perfectly uniform layer of protection.
Curing & Final Inspection
The coating is given dedicated time to cure and cross-link with the paint, followed by a rigorous inspection under specialized detailing lights to guarantee a flawless, high-spots-free finish.
